We run classes six days week – at various time slots including HIIT classes at the gym upstairs.

Showers and amenities are available. Bring your own towel and products.

Your first class

No matter what we’re doing that day – you’ll be able to fit into the program as each bike has its own monitor and is a very individual experience. You’ll be fitted onto your bike and be given feedback at the end on where to focus and our recommendations for you.
